Dayna offers a fresh perspective and brings a proven track record of success across multiple industries. She’s known for challenging yet compassionate approach which has lead to incredible transformations among her clients.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Dayna attended Punahou School and received her Bachelor’s in Business from the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors. After working throughout the Bay Area and Honolulu, she became passionate about improving the places we work at. Seeing the rapid change in workforce dynamics brought on by the rise of technology, she saw a need to bridge the skills gap to empower young leaders to be the change they wish to see in the world. She created Lifeworks to do just that—starting with her community in Honolulu with plans to expand her reach over time.
